Moody's Solutions Delivery team is seeking an experienced Product Consultant to lead implementation projects across European clients. You will help organizations maximize value from Moody's entity data solutions, APIs, connectors, and AI-powered technologies.
Key responsibilities include leading client implementation projects, conducting requirements gathering and business analysis, configuring workflow and process components, and delivering user and technical training both remotely and on-site. You will partner with prospective and existing clients to gather product feedback, collaborate with internal subject matter experts to resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through documentation and knowledge-sharing.
The role requires 3+ years of SaaS implementation experience, ideally within financial institutions or financial software organizations focused on business intelligence and data analysis. You should have strong experience delivering client-facing software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, stakeholder management, and training. Technical skills include familiarity with RESTful APIs, data integration technologies, SOAP APIs, and platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP. Basic understanding of coding principles (JSON, HTML, API integrations) and data analytics tools is required.
You should demonstrate proficiency in AI concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, and awareness of AI risk management and responsible AI use. Excellent communication skills are essential for building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish is required; Italian proficiency is preferred.
An undergraduate degree is required, preferably in Finance, Banking, Computer Technology, Information Systems, or related field. A graduate degree or MBA is preferred. The role involves occasional travel to client locations to support project delivery and client engagement.
