Blockchain.com is seeking an experienced Product Communications Lead to shape the company's product innovation, regulatory narrative, and technology story. As a trusted global crypto platform with 90+ million wallet holders and $1 trillion in facilitated transactions, the company is looking for a strategic communications professional to elevate its visibility and industry leadership.
In this role, you will own end-to-end communications strategy and execution across Blockchain.com's consumer and institutional product portfolios. You will manage the product announcement pipeline, build differentiated narratives around technology and regulatory milestones, and drive earned and owned media strategies for major launches. Your responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing a comprehensive product and technology communications strategy at the intersection of consumer products, institutional offerings, AI, and regulatory/compliance initiatives
• Owning communications for a consistently full pipeline of product launches, coordinating with Marketing and Product teams
• Leading announcements of licensing, regulatory, and compliance milestones while contributing to broader policy conversations
• Defining and championing Blockchain.com's AI positioning and storytelling around internal and customer-facing AI applications
• Building and maintaining key relationships with tech media and crypto influencers; identifying and engaging emerging voices
• Creating high-impact platforms for product and technical thought leaders through media opportunities, speaking engagements, awards submissions, and executive social presence
• Writing compelling product-focused content including blog posts, press releases, and social posts
You will work in a fast-paced, high-judgment environment where market conditions shift daily. Success requires equal parts crypto-native storytelling ability and communications strategy expertise. You must be able to translate complex financial concepts, technical products, and regulatory progress into compelling narratives that drive attention, trust, and adoption.
The role is based in the Dallas office with four days per week in-person collaboration required.
REQUIREMENTS:
• More than 5 years of experience leading communications programs in crypto, DeFi, fintech, or adjacent sectors
• Deep crypto literacy with demonstrated ability to learn and go deep on business, product, and regulatory roadmaps
• Proven track record of announcing complex technical products and translating them into high-impact value propositions that resonate with press and audiences
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience partnering with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Legal, and Compliance teams
• Exceptional editorial skills: ability to write, edit, and distill both high-level concepts and granular technical or regulatory details
• Comfort working in hyper-fast, high-judgment environments with daily market condition changes

• Existing crypto industry media and influencer relationships
• Experience with communications about trading products, derivatives, options, perpetuals, or prediction markets
• Experience with regulatory, licensing, or policy-focused communications
