Camunda is an enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex business processes. The company is trusted by over 700 organizations worldwide, including 9 of the top 10 US banks, and is transforming into an AI-first organization built on its own platform. As a Product Builder on the Enterprise & Governance pod, you will shape the enterprise and governance experience of Camunda Hub—the unified management platform for governing processes, managing access, and administering the platform at enterprise scale. This high-ownership role combines product thinking, user empathy, UX judgment, and hands-on execution. You will own the full product lifecycle: discovering and clarifying user problems for administrators, CoE teams, and enterprise architects through direct customer engagement; shaping product direction through practical judgment and fast iteration; and prototyping, building, hardening, and shipping improvements across access control, workspace and tenant management, audit and compliance, and platform administration surfaces. Key responsibilities include working closely with customers and forward-deployed engineers to understand underlying problems rather than just implementing requests; using AI tools effectively to accelerate first drafts and iteration while maintaining quality; collaborating with other builders and product strategy counterparts to turn ideas into shipped outcomes; and improving the pod's end-to-end delivery speed, quality, and effectiveness. You should have hands-on experience shipping product directly in software environments, comfort working fluidly across product thinking, UX, and delivery, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. Strong collaboration skills in remote-first, pod-based environments are essential. You'll need sound technical judgment within established architecture, including testing, debugging, and understanding frontend/backend boundaries. Experience with AI-native delivery practices—using AI tools for first drafts and iteration while critically reviewing output—is required. Nice-to-haves include experience with workflow software, orchestration, admin tooling, enterprise governance concerns (identity/access management, RBAC, multi-tenancy, audit logging), designing for administrator personas, and lightweight product validation practices.
