OnePay is a consumer fintech platform offering banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto services. Backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, the company serves millions of Americans and partners with employers and gig platforms to deliver embedded financial services. As a Product Analytics professional, you will own product and customer analytics across OnePay's portfolio of experiences, driving smarter decisions and business growth. Your responsibilities include framing key metrics, connecting signals across products, and thinking holistically about customer behavior beyond feature-level metrics. You'll synthesize engagement, satisfaction, and outcome signals to shape the product roadmap. You will leverage AI-powered tools (Cursor, Claude, agents) to accelerate analysis and automate workflows, transforming how analytics work is conducted. You'll convert customer feedback—transcripts, surveys, and qualitative input—into product-shaping insights in collaboration with CX, research, and product teams. You'll present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence business direction. The ideal candidate brings 4–8 years of professional experience in product or customer analytics with a proven track record of using quantitative analysis to drive product or business changes in fast-paced environments. You have demonstrated expertise in product analytics and customer measurement, with bonus experience in AI/chat products or fintech. Advanced SQL skills are essential; you can independently pull and analyze complex datasets. You are highly fluent with AI tools, using Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms daily to build and solve problems, and you're excited to push the boundaries of what an AI-native analytics team can achieve. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and an owner mentality round out the profile.
