We are seeking a Product Analyst Team Lead to build and lead our Product Analytics function. This is a people management role where you will set team direction, develop high-performing analysts, and drive data-informed product and business decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Product Analysts, establishing a strong analytics function
- Define team priorities and proactively identify future product and business needs
- Lead the team in defining KPIs and translating complex questions into actionable insights
- Partner closely with Product, R&D, Data, Field, Sales, and senior leadership to influence strategic decisions
- Remain hands-on with key analyses while focusing primarily on team leadership and impact
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of people management experience leading Product Analysts or analytical teams
- Experience across at least two organizations (B2B SaaS or cybersecurity background preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with proactive problem identification
- Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for analytics; experience building AI agents is a strong advantage
- Bonus: Python or ETL process experience
