As a Product Analyst, you will be a key strategic partner to Torq's Product teams, translating data into actionable insights that drive product decisions and identify growth opportunities. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and product questions by analyzing user behavior, product performance, adoption funnels, and usage patterns to understand both what is happening and why.
• Partner with Product to define meaningful KPIs, monitor performance against targets, and use A/B testing and other analytical methods to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Product, R&D, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate data-driven insights into product priorities and strategic decisions.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that enable teams across the organization to understand product performance and make informed decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain high attention to detail, building organizational trust in the insights and recommendations you provide.
You will need 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics or similar analytical roles, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity. Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is essential. Experience with AI tools for analytics and building AI agents is highly valued. You should be a proactive, curious thinker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing product decisions through data-driven reasoning. Bonus experience includes Amplitude, Salesforce, or data modeling/ETL processes.
