Salary: USD 126,000 - 170,000 / annual

Liftoff is an AI-powered performance marketing platform for mobile apps, serving over 6,600 mobile businesses across 74 countries. As a Product Analyst, you will translate complex data into rigorous analysis that drives product decisions across the machine learning-powered platform. You will own the analytical needs of your product team end-to-end: identifying the right questions, executing analyses independently, and presenting results that shape product development. Working closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers, you will define success metrics, evaluate experiments, and understand drivers of user behavior and advertising performance. Key responsibilities include: - Source, scope, execute, and present analyses independently from question to recommendation - Partner with Product Managers and ML teams to define and monitor key success metrics - Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and experiments with statistical rigor - Build and maintain dashboards and reports for transparent, self-service performance monitoring - Develop reusable SQL, analytical notebooks, and lightweight frameworks, including LLM-assisted workflows - Investigate unexpected changes in product or business performance and communicate findings clearly - Build strong working knowledge of Liftoff's core data tables and product suite - Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers on data quality and metric consistency - Document analytical approaches, assumptions, and methodologies for reproducibility Required qualifications: - 5+ years of analytics experience - Strong SQL skills and Python proficiency for data analysis - Experience delivering analytical projects independently from scoping through presentation - Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences - Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex, or similar) - Degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience The role is fully remote within Pacific Time Zone states (California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington). Employees are expected to attend in-person team gatherings at least quarterly for collaboration and team building.
