Join Lightspeed's Customer Success team as a Product Adoption Specialist focused on the Golf product line. You will lead product onboarding and adoption sessions for existing customers, working in partnership with Account Managers to drive long-term success and retention. Key responsibilities include educating customers on configuring and using Golf + POS systems (Retail and Restaurant), implementing newly purchased features following upsells, and delivering product training with a retention-focused approach. You'll assess customer understanding and adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and business needs. Collaboration is central to the role—you'll work closely with Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Product & Technology teams to improve customer experience and inform product enhancements. You'll document customer progress, track issues and blockers, and recommend actionable next steps to improve satisfaction. Proactively manage the customer retention pipeline by monitoring at-risk accounts and coordinating follow-up activities with internal stakeholders. Present product capabilities, add-ons, and integrations in ways that address each customer's operational goals while maintaining high satisfaction levels. Required qualifications include customer-facing experience, experience delivering training or facilitating customer enablement sessions, and fluency in English (working language for global team). A strong passion for golf or golf industry experience is valued. You'll need strong problem-solving skills, ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts, and a results-driven, metrics-oriented mindset. Nice-to-have skills include technical background (software, IT, support), retail or hospitality experience, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and familiarity with Slack, ChurnZero, Zendesk, and HubSpot. Understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and customer journey is a plus.
