Salary: USD 107,000 - 116,000 / annual

Ibotta, a leading performance marketing platform and NYSE-listed company headquartered in Denver, is seeking a Procurement Manager to own the company's procurement strategy and execution. This hybrid role (3 days/week in office: Tue–Thu) reports to senior leadership and manages Ibotta's vendor relationships, cost reduction initiatives, and procurement operations to support rapid company growth. Key responsibilities include: establishing and exceeding annual dollar-savings targets through strategic procurement; building and maintaining relationships with critical vendors and internal stakeholders; leading negotiations to achieve win-win outcomes; identifying transformational opportunities to enhance purchasing efficiency; constructing analytical reports and dashboards to surface cost-reduction opportunities; leading the Ibotta Procurement Committee; and supporting the overall procurement process. Approximately 20–30% of time will be allocated to traditional FP&A work, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for internal stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally across the organization, communicating with leaders at all levels and external partners. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate strategy into tactical execution and measurable results. Required qualifications: 4–7 years of procurement experience; bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or related field (preferred); expertise in sourcing and procurement techniques with demonstrated success in vendor cost negotiations; proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans; strong analytical and communication skills; demonstrated leadership across functions and levels. Preferred: experience with Ironclad or DocuSign contract management platforms. Ibotta is the largest tech IPO in Colorado history and is consistently ranked as a top place to work.
