Paytm, India's leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company, is seeking an experienced Process Trainer - Manager to design and deliver impactful training programs for sales teams across lending products and processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing product knowledge, sales capabilities, and process adherence through engaging learning interventions and continuous coaching initiatives. You will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales teams covering lending products, sales processes, compliance requirements, and operational procedures. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining training content such as presentations, training manuals, SOPs, assessments, and e-learning modules.
You will conduct classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development. Collaboration with business stakeholders and subject matter experts is essential to create practical and engaging learning experiences aligned with business objectives. You will evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking to identify learning gaps and improvement areas.
Ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales teams will be a key part of your role, aimed at improving productivity, customer handling, and conversion effectiveness. You will monitor training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to training methodologies, content, and delivery mechanisms. All training programs must remain aligned with organizational goals, regulatory guidelines, and evolving business requirements.
The role requires extensive travel throughout the specified region and strong networking capabilities. You should be a skilled coach and mentor with quick learning ability and the capacity to apply new concepts effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Training Delivery within Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Lending domains
- Strong understanding of lending products, sales processes, and customer acquisition practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create engaging training content and facilitate interactive learning sessions
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline
- Certification in Training & Development or Learning Facilitation is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout specified area
