Revolut is seeking a Private Banker to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals globally. In this role, you will serve as a trusted financial advisor, guiding clients through their entire customer lifecycle and helping them discover the full value of Revolut's wealth management and financial services offerings.
Key responsibilities include onboarding high-net-worth clients and providing comprehensive financial guidance tailored to their unique situations. You will identify client requirements and communicate the value of Revolut's private banking services through a solutions-based advisory approach. You'll drive growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities and ensuring clients leverage the full suite of relevant features available to them, including deposits, savings, and investments.
You will conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend optimizations to meet clients' evolving financial goals. You'll manage multiple high-value client relationships simultaneously and meet relationship management targets aligned with team goals.
Required qualifications include 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or similar financial advisory roles. You must hold either a CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) or CFA Level 1 plus Investment Management Certificate (IMC) Level 4. Fluency in English is essential.
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset capable of conducting thorough financial analyses, and commercial acumen to understand client financial potential. A client-focused approach with patience for complex financial decisions is critical. You must demonstrate solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and commitment to compliance standards.
Nice-to-have qualifications include additional certifications such as CFA or CAIA, and experience with high-net-worth client relationship management software and financial modeling tools.
