SEON is a fraud prevention and AML compliance platform serving thousands of companies globally. The company is seeking a Principal Revenue Operations Systems Lead to redesign and optimize the revenue systems foundation, reporting to the Director of Revenue Systems. In this role, you will own multiple strategic initiatives across the GTM technology and operations landscape: **Deal Desk & Coverage Model**: Redesign global Deal Desk operations with focus on US/North American coverage. Assess current request volume, response times, escalation paths, and handoffs. Design a scalable model with clear ownership, SLAs, and backup coverage. Build structured intake and triage processes for deal structuring, pricing approvals, non-standard terms, and quote-to-close escalations. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to define approval matrices and remove bottlenecks. Document playbooks and SOPs, establish cross-training, and define performance metrics (turnaround time, approval cycle time, escalation rates). **GTM Systems & Project Management**: Own the intake process for all GTM systems requests, including submission, requirements gathering, scoping, and prioritization. Maintain a centralized inventory of active, planned, and completed revenue systems projects with status, owners, dependencies, and business impact. Run projects end-to-end: gather requirements, write specifications, manage timelines, coordinate testing, lead rollout and change management. Provide regular visibility to stakeholders on project status, capacity, priorities, and tradeoffs. **AI & Automation**: Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and AI-enabled workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Deal Desk. Evaluate emerging AI technologies (LLM platforms, agent frameworks, integration standards) and recommend applications. Create and maintain an AI build catalog documenting every agent in production (purpose, owner, data sources, systems touched, performance). Set standards for AI build documentation, testing, monitoring, and governance. **GTM SaaS Tech Stack Management**: Manage the revenue systems tech stack including tool inventory, ownership, contract/renewal tracking, license utilization, and integration mapping. Lead or support implementations and integrations of new GTM tools. Identify overlap, underused tools, and consolidation opportunities. Partner with IT, Security, and Finance on vendor evaluations, security reviews, and procurement. **Systems Administration & Data Governance**: Administer core revenue systems (HubSpot, DealHub) covering configuration, workflows, properties, automation, and user management. Maintain data integrity through clear data models, validation rules, and regular data hygiene. Create and maintain system role matrices defining user roles, permission levels, and access rights. Establish provisioning/deprovisioning processes tied to onboarding, role changes, and offboarding. Run periodic access reviews for security, compliance, and audit requirements. Handle system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support the revenue organization. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Marketing, IT, and Security. This is a builder-operator role focused on bringing structure to complexity and raising the scale and reliability of the GTM systems foundation. **Requirements:** - 10+ years of relevant experience in revenue systems, revenue operations, business systems, or GTM operations, ideally in B2B SaaS - Proven track record of leading complex implementations and integrations across CRM, CPQ, and adjacent GTM systems - Deep hands-on experience administering revenue systems, with HubSpot and DealHub experience strongly preferred - Practical, current experience with latest AI technologies, including building AI agents and AI-enabled workflows for business processes - Excellent requirements gathering skills with ability to turn business needs into clear technical specifications - Strong project management skills managing multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and stakeholders - Solid relational data management skills including data modeling, object relationships, and working with data across integrated systems (SQL proficiency a plus) - Strong understanding of quote-to-cash lifecycle and Deal Desk operations (pricing, approvals, contracting, provisioning) - Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and IT; ability to influence without direct authority - Excellent documentation and process design skills - High attention to detail and strong commitment to data integrity, security, and operational rigor **Nice to Have:** - Experience with workflow orchestration and integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, n8n) - Experience designing Deal Desk coverage models for distributed or multi-region sales teams - Experience building governance frameworks for AI tools and automations - Experience managing SaaS vendor relationships, renewals, and license optimization - Experience supporting security, SOX, or SOC 2 access controls and audits
