Zscaler is seeking a Principal Project Manager for Professional Services to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, customer-facing cybersecurity programs. Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services, you will manage multiple concurrent customer engagements involving cybersecurity implementations, transformations, assessments, and optimization services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of professional services projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and high-quality execution
- Managing project planning, execution, risk management, and governance through steering meetings and executive updates
- Building and maintaining detailed project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, resource plans, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including technical consultants, solution architects, support teams, sales, product teams, engineering, and customer leadership
- Mentoring project managers to drive delivery efficiency and continuous process improvement

Minimum qualifications:
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions
- Demonstrated experience managing projects related to cybersecurity solutions, services, or enterprise security programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience
- Active Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Preferred qualifications include experience with AI-driven project management tools, predictive analytics, automation frameworks, Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or experience delivering large, complex programs with multiple workstreams.
