Celonis is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of its Enterprise AI platform for the largest and most strategic customers. This role sits within Celonis Services, the delivery engine responsible for turning the Celonis platform into measurable business outcomes. You will manage complex, transformational customer programs from pre-sales through post-implementation. Key responsibilities include: leading project planning and execution across multiple concurrent engagements; collaborating with Sales, Partners, and Value Engineering to establish Services value propositions and create statements of work; managing project timelines, resources, scope, and budgets; serving as the primary point of contact for senior customer executives and process owners; communicating project status, risks, and issues to both internal leadership and customer sponsors; mentoring implementation teams (including partner resources) on Celonis methodology; and contributing to the continuous improvement of Services delivery methods and best practices. You will work at the intersection of customer success, technical delivery, and strategic partnership, ensuring customers understand how to build enduring capabilities and identifying additional Services opportunities throughout engagements. The role requires fluency in German language. Required qualifications include extensive client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations; demonstrated expertise in project management disciplines (planning, risk/issue management, problem resolution); strong stakeholder and timeline management skills; experience managing consulting teams both onshore and offshore; proven ability to position Services, write proposals, and manage co-delivery ecosystems; and project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or Safe/Agile). A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field is required, along with willingness to obtain Celonis product certifications.
