Twilio is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of talent lifecycle applications across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Listening. This role owns the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise HR technology platforms including Workday, Eightfold, Qualtrics, and HackerRank, as well as bespoke internal talent applications. Key responsibilities include: **Product Strategy & Platform Ownership:** Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the talent lifecycle application portfolio. Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs), program owners, HR leadership, and stakeholders to capture business needs, define success criteria, and align product vision. Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment. Translate business priorities into clear product direction and capability roadmaps. Provide product leadership for AI-enabled capabilities including talent intelligence, matching, and skills-based career pathing, ensuring alignment with business processes and policies. **Delivery Excellence:** Provide clear direction on priorities, sequencing, and scope to delivery teams. Lead definition of product requirements and capability design, translating business needs into actionable specifications. Champion Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning. Own user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy and validation, defining success criteria and ensuring solutions meet requirements before scaled deployment. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs for new capabilities, partnering with delivery teams to validate feasibility and business value. Ensure compliance with organizational standards around data security, privacy, and governance. **Vendor & Customer Relationships:** Build and manage strong vendor relationships, overseeing third-party partnerships, feature adoptions, and integrations. Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Communicate product updates and changes effectively to stakeholders, end-users, and leadership. Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or SaaS product management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or related discipline. Proven success leading complex Talent Acquisition technology initiatives in global environments.
