Coupa Software is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead agentic AI transformation within its AI Center of Excellence (AI COE). This internal product management role owns the strategic roadmap, automation strategy, and ongoing operations of two distinct agentic portfolios: HR/Talent Operations and Marketing/Brand Operations.
You will drive the transition of manual, high-effort workflows in HR and Marketing into autonomous, proactive AI-powered engines. The role requires deep operational discipline, business acumen, and strategic thinking to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems across HR/Marketing leadership, AI Platform teams, AI Engineering, IT Portfolio Management, and IT AI Delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and evolving the roadmap for both HR and Marketing agentic portfolios
- Defining automation strategies that deliver measurable efficiency gains and performance improvements
- Acting as the critical bridge between business leadership and technical AI teams
- Partnering with AI Solution Architects to define system architecture and scaling strategies
- Ensuring strict adherence to operational governance, brand safety, and talent compliance requirements
- Managing the ongoing operation and optimization of agentic ecosystems

You will work with trillions of dollars of spend data across Coupa's global network of 10M+ buyers and suppliers, leveraging industry-leading total spend management platform capabilities.
