Coupa is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the GTM and Revenue Operations AI product suite within its AI Center of Excellence. This is a strategic, operationally disciplined role focused on transforming global sales operations through autonomous AI workflows. You will own the architecture and scaling strategy for Coupa's GTM agentic ecosystem, designing a unified, intelligent, and connected operating environment that drives scalable revenue growth.
You will serve as the critical bridge between GTM leadership, AI Platform teams, AI Engineering, IT Portfolio Managers, and IT AI Delivery teams. Working closely with AI Solution Architects, you will define the AI architecture, ensure governance and trust adherence, and drive measurable business impact across the organization.
