Atlassian is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own Enterprise Readiness for Focus, a core product within the Strategy Collection suite. Strategy Collection is Atlassian's strategic alignment platform, helping organizations connect strategy to execution across the enterprise.
In this role, you will define and execute the enterprise readiness vision, roadmap, and operating plan for Focus. You'll translate customer, partner, and compliance needs into clear priorities and shipped outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining a comprehensive readiness map across shipped, in-flight, blocked, and missing capabilities—including public APIs, permissions, audit logs, data sharing, automation, sandboxes, and compliance pathways (FedRAMP, HIPAA, ISO, SOC2, GDPR, CCPA).
• Prioritizing work based on customer impact, revenue protection and growth, enterprise security gates, partner enablement, and risk reduction for strategic accounts in regulated industries.
• Driving critical cross-functional initiatives and defining enterprise readiness standards for future product launches.
• Partnering deeply with engineering, design, platform, security, compliance, legal, data, GTM, support, and partner teams to align owners, dependencies, milestones, and escalation paths.
• Translating complex enterprise requirements into pragmatic product decisions, balancing near-term blockers with durable strategy for security, governance, scale, extensibility, and admin control.
• Using customer evidence, partner feedback, account data, risk assessment, and product telemetry to size opportunities, make tradeoffs, and communicate business cases for investment.
• Creating executive-ready narratives on current state, top risks, roadmap choices, and progress; proactively escalating when commitments, customer trust, or revenue are at risk.
• Establishing lightweight cadences and accountability mechanisms so enterprise readiness becomes embedded in how Focus ships, not a post-launch remediation effort.
This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role requiring strong technical judgment, customer empathy, enterprise SaaS depth, and the ability to influence product, engineering, platform, security, legal, GTM, and executive stakeholders. You will report directly to the Head of Product of Strategy Collection.
