Constant Contact is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the company's transformation into an AI-native, mobile-first marketing platform. This is a high-leverage individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity and can drive rapid experimentation and learning.
You will own the strategy and execution for key growth levers with a focus on customer outcomes. Your responsibilities include developing and defending strong opinions on how to demonstrate value to users through insightful research and behavioral metrics. You'll lead through influence, guiding engineers and designers to deliver actionable, research-backed, and ROI-driven solutions without direct people management.
A critical part of this role is mentoring other product managers and acting as a multiplier for the product organization, leveling up the team's product discovery, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities. You'll collaborate across the organization to clarify requirements and navigate complex, ambiguous problem spaces.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of product management experience specifically in SaaS, with a proven track record of moving the needle on retention and growth metrics. You are strategic and opinionated, able to articulate and defend product vision to all audiences including executives. You actively experiment with AI tools to amplify your effectiveness and have a natural ability to coach and mentor others. Deep empathy for small business owners and the ability to champion their needs throughout design and development is essential. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and can balance design excellence with execution urgency.
Experience in the SMB (small-to-medium business) space is a nice-to-have.
