Salary: USD 260,000 - 310,000 / annual
RentSpree is a 10-year-old, venture-backed rental infrastructure platform serving 4 million users and 300+ real estate companies and MLS partnerships. The company handles the full rental journey—from applications and screening to payments and lease management—and is now reimagining the rental transaction with an AI-powered core.
You will own a meaningful product surface end-to-end, from discovery through shipped outcome. This is a hands-on role combining product strategy, customer insight, and execution. You'll set direction, prototype ideas, and drive a cross-functional squad (Engineering, Design, Data, and other stakeholders) toward measurable results.
Key responsibilities:
- Own outcomes on your product surface: translate strategic direction into a roadmap and deliver against it
- Stay close to customers through direct conversations; turn insights into testable hypotheses
- Build working prototypes and demos to showcase and pressure-test your ideas
- Drive cross-functional alignment toward shared goals and surface progress and risk early
- Define success metrics, track them, and communicate results transparently
- Operate with decisiveness under ambiguity, balancing qualitative and quantitative signals
The role is hybrid based in Seattle, WA. RentSpree has distributed teams across the US and Bangkok; collaboration requires a shared window Monday–Thursday, 5–7pm PT / 7–9am ICT. Any hours worked during this window are taken back as flex time the same week. Outside this window, your schedule is yours.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years in product management with demonstrated ownership of outcomes
- Decisiveness under ambiguity: synthesize, decide, and move with imperfect information; course-correct quickly when wrong
- Balanced judgment across signal: weigh qualitative and quantitative inputs; know when you have enough to act
- Strong communication and product taste with clear instinct for quality and ability to tell the story of your bets
- Experience aligning cross-functional partners toward shared goals
- Comfort using AI tools to move faster and think sharper
