Salary: USD 170,000 - 239,200 / annual
Flexe is transforming the $1.5T logistics industry with a cloud-based software platform that connects 1,300+ warehouse operators across North America. The platform enables enterprise customers to source, operate, and scale logistics services with unprecedented agility and flexibility.
As Principal Product Manager, you will define long-term product vision and strategy across core product lines, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and business goals. You will lead cross-functional teams without direct line authority, building consensus among executives, commercial teams, and engineering leaders while mentoring mid-level and junior product managers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop multi-year product roadmaps and strategic vision aligned with business objectives and market dynamics
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation into product workflows to optimize complex logistics processes
• Partner closely with Principal UX Designers and Lead Engineers in continuous discovery, prototyping, and technical architecture discussions
• Spearhead user research and feedback loops across internal and external stakeholders, translating qualitative and quantitative data into high-value product capabilities
• Own product success metrics (OKRs/KPIs), conduct advanced data analysis, and make evidence-based trade-offs that drive revenue and operational efficiency
• Deconstruct complex, loosely defined market and business problems into structured, actionable execution plans
• Lead cross-functional alignment and coach team members to elevate overall product capabilities
Requirements:
• 8+ years of product management experience delivering complex Marketplace, B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or technology products
• Proven track record of driving products from zero-to-one and scaling mature platforms
• Demonstrated capability in defining long-term product positioning and evaluating market dynamics
• Strong history of partnering with UX research and design teams to simplify data-heavy, complex operational workflows
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and agile development frameworks
• Ability to engage in technical trade-off discussions alongside engineering leads
• Familiarity with identifying, evaluating, and applying modern AI/ML capabilities, GenAI, or algorithmic automation to enterprise operational challenges
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency using quantitative data, user telemetry, and business intelligence to drive decisions
Bonus qualifications:
• Past experience as a Software Engineer, Engineering Manager, Data Scientist, or UX Researcher/Architect
• Proven experience consolidating fragmented enterprise tools into a cohesive, modular platform architecture
