Coupa is seeking a Principal Product Manager to serve as the strategic domain anchor for its Core Procurement platform. This is a high-impact role focused on evolving Coupa's Business Spend Management (BSM) platform into an autonomous, intelligence-driven ecosystem.
In this position, you will define multi-year platform vision and strategy, acting as the strategic bridge between executive leadership and squad-level execution. Your primary focus will be at the intersection of transactional workflows, artificial intelligence, and predictive spend analytics. You will tackle complex architectural challenges and integrate AI-driven decision support directly into user experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining the strategic direction and multi-year roadmap for the Core Procurement engine
- Translating high-level business objectives into actionable product strategy and squad-level execution plans
- Driving the integration of machine learning and predictive analytics into Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams to untangle complex technical and product challenges
- Championing automation and intelligence-driven features that improve customer outcomes
- Serving as the domain expert and thought leader for procurement and spend management
