Coupa Software is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and execution of its Core Sourcing solution, specifically focusing on Autonomous Sourcing capabilities. In this high-impact role, you will own a mission-critical domain at the center of spend optimization, supplier competition, and enterprise negotiation.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Define and drive the long-term product vision for Autonomous Sourcing, architecting intelligent AI agents that automate end-to-end sourcing workflows—from event creation through multi-parameter negotiation to award analysis.
• Transform sourcing from a manual, project-by-project process into an intelligent, continuous, autonomous engine that executes spend strategies on behalf of customers.
• Design deterministic, guardrailed AI agents capable of handling no-touch tail spend negotiations and co-piloting complex, strategic sourcing events with zero hallucination risk.
• Leverage Coupa's $10T+ community dataset and algorithmic game theory principles to build strategic AI moats and deliver differentiated autonomous sourcing capabilities.
• Position Coupa as the market leader in autonomous sourcing by delivering a closed-loop system spanning bid analysis, agentic supplier engagement, and accepted terms.
• Shape market narrative and competitive positioning around autonomous sourcing innovation.
This role requires a visionary product leader who can combine deep product strategy expertise with understanding of AI/ML capabilities, sourcing domain knowledge, and the ability to influence across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. You will work with a global network of 10M+ buyers and suppliers and drive measurable impact on customer outcomes and business margins.
