Okta's Enterprise Technology team is seeking a Principal Product Analyst to serve as the Workday Delivery Lead for the People Technology portfolio, specifically leading the Experience & Rewards pod. This is a strategic, high-impact role reporting to the Director of People Technology. You will lead complex, multi-system initiatives spanning Core HCM, Benefits, Rewards, and Compensation. Your responsibilities include: • Strategic Leadership: Technically scope and lead delivery of multi-quarter, executive-sponsored projects across Experience & Rewards systems and processes, including compensation, benefits, equity, and total rewards platforms. • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as the primary conduit between business partners (Product Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations) and technical delivery teams, owning detailed functional requirements, business processes, and use cases. • Subject Matter Expertise: Function as the specialist and delivery lead for the Experience & Rewards pod, with deep knowledge of Core HCM, compensation, rewards, and benefits technology integrations. • Backlog & Execution Management: Drive delivery against a prioritized backlog, ensuring successful project execution from conception through completion. • Agile Execution: Operate within a Scrum framework, breaking down complex epics into user stories and acceptance criteria, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with global teams. • Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve project-level risks and requirement trade-offs to ensure on-time delivery. • Mentorship: Guide project teams through uncertainty, facilitate scoping workshops, and mentor junior colleagues. Required: 10+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 8+ years with a Master's degree), proven track record as a Delivery Lead managing complex multi-system initiatives, exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and strong leadership qualities. Experience with AI/automation initiatives in HR tech and relevant certifications (Agile/Scrum) are valued.
