You will recruit, develop, and enable channel partners—including Regional and Global Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers, and Value Added Resellers—to drive new customer adoption and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and recruiting new strategic channel partners, enabling existing partners through training and joint selling activities, coordinating technical and marketing aspects of partnership launches, hosting regular business reviews to track success metrics, and collaborating with Datadog's regional sales organizations. You will generate partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue while managing relationships across the Nordic region. You bring 7+ years of experience in partner-facing, quota-carrying business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at cloud services or SaaS organizations. You have a proven track record driving sales opportunities from lead generation through closure, negotiating agreements, and building lasting partnerships. You can quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly to diverse audiences. Experience managing premier Cloud MSP partners is advantageous. You are willing to travel 20-30% of the time. Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace, valuing office culture while enabling work-life harmony.
