In this highly strategic role, you will develop deep understanding of the business, operating model, and leadership priorities, then translate that into building organizations, leadership teams, and talent strategies that enable faster execution and effective scaling. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape organizational decisions and how leaders think about organization, leadership, and talent.
Key responsibilities include:

- Raising the standard for HR partnership by modeling exceptional business thinking and organizational insight
- Mastering and interpreting People programs (Compensation, Legal, Performance) to provide authoritative guidance
The role balances long-term strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. Success is measured by the quality of organizations, leaders, and operating models you help build, not by the volume of decisions supported.

- Significant experience partnering with senior business leaders in complex, high-growth organizations
- Demonstrated success leading organization design, workforce planning, leadership development, and talent strategy

- Demonstrated ability to anticipate organizational issues, connect patterns, and proactively solve problems
- Strong executive presence with confidence to coach leaders, challenge assumptions, and influence business decisions
- Builder's mindset with track record of creating scalable approaches that improve organizational operations
- Ability to move seamlessly between long-term strategy and hands-on execution
