Behavox is building a data operating platform that helps multinational enterprises organize and activate their data for risk management, compliance, revenue optimization, and business growth. The platform uses AI/ML to aggregate, analyze, and act on enterprise data across multiple functions and geographies.
The Principal HR Business Partner is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. This is a strategic HR advisory position responsible for partnering with business leaders to execute people strategies that enable organizational performance, scalability, and sustainable growth. The role combines deep business acumen with HR expertise to advise on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing independent expert HR guidance on complex organizational, workforce, and talent challenges, influencing business decisions through commercially informed recommendations
- Leading post-merger workforce integration activities, including organizational alignment, role mapping, policy harmonization, and change implementation
- Owning resolution of sensitive and high-complexity employee relations matters while managing legal compliance and organizational risk
- Designing and implementing scalable HR programs across performance management, workforce planning, career development, and organizational effectiveness
- Interpreting workforce data and people metrics to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations
- Leading workforce planning, organizational design, and enterprise change initiatives
- Ensuring alignment with global HR frameworks and applicable local employment requirements across multiple jurisdictions

REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep expertise in strategic human resources business partnering with demonstrated ability to align people initiatives with business objectives
- Mastery of organizational design principles, workforce planning methodologies, and operating model changes
- Expert knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory frameworks, with ability to independently manage complex employee relations matters
- Proven expertise in performance management, career development, succession planning, leadership enablement, and organizational capability development
- Strong proficiency with workforce analytics, people metrics, and organizational data to drive evidence-based decision-making and support organizational transformation
- Experience managing post-merger workforce integration or similar large-scale organizational change initiatives
- Ability to work independently and influence senior leaders across a global organization
