Behavox is building a data operating platform that helps multinational enterprises harness data for risk management, compliance, revenue optimization, and business growth. The platform uses AI/ML to aggregate, analyze, and activate enterprise data across functions.
The Principal HR Business Partner is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. This is a strategic HR advisory position responsible for partnering with business leaders to execute people strategies that enable organizational performance, scalability, and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provide independent expert HR guidance on complex organizational, workforce, and talent challenges, influencing business decisions through commercially informed recommendations
• Lead post-merger workforce integration activities, including organizational alignment, role mapping, policy harmonization, and change implementation
• Own resolution of sensitive and high-complexity employee relations matters, balancing legal compliance, business priorities, and employee experience
• Design, implement, and continuously improve HR programs across performance management, workforce planning, career development, and organizational effectiveness
• Interpret workforce data and people metrics to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and enterprise change initiatives
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
• Ensure alignment with global HR frameworks and applicable local employment requirements across multiple geographies
The role applies deep business acumen and HR expertise to support evolving business priorities and organizational growth. You will work independently on enterprise people initiatives while partnering with senior leaders across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Deep understanding of business strategy, organizational priorities, and workforce needs
• Expert knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Expertise in organizational design principles and workforce planning methodologies
• Strong background in performance management, career development, succession planning, and leadership enablement
• Proficiency with workforce analytics, people metrics, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters and organizational risk mitigation
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and transformation initiatives
• Experience with post-merger workforce integration (preferred)
• Ability to operate at enterprise scale and partner effectively with senior leadership
