ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to lead technical strategy and solution design for enterprise customers across Korea. You will be a trusted technical advisor to C-level executives (CIO/CTO), helping Korea's largest enterprises understand and adopt ServiceNow's platform-of-platforms vision for digital transformation.
In this role, you will engage with enterprise customers across Korea's key industries to identify pain points and translate business challenges into ServiceNow solutions. You will navigate the Korean enterprise IT landscape, including relationships with major local system integrators (Samsung SDS, LG CNS, SK C&C), cloud providers, and the broader Korean partner ecosystem. You will build and maintain executive relationships, partner with local account teams and ServiceNow's Korea partner community to accelerate deals, and represent the voice of the Korean market internally to inform regional go-to-market and product strategy.
Architecture leadership responsibilities include leading architecture and design engagements across IT Transformation, Digital Products/Services, Platform as a Service, Enterprise Service Management, and industry-specific solutions. You will understand customer business strategy and articulate how ServiceNow integrates into their current and future technology landscape. You will work with architecture development methods, modelling approaches, and integration patterns, interacting at multiple levels within customer accounts from Enterprise Architects to CXOs. You will provide thought leadership, collaborate with internal ServiceNow business units, and contribute to the creation of best practices, white papers, and workshops.
You will also lead and participate in customer workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions for existing customers and partners in Korea. You will create and communicate high-level architectures and strategies—both written and verbal—to audiences up to CIO/CTO level, articulating the advantages of ServiceNow's single cloud platform architecture.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of proven success in influencing senior technology leaders to drive change in a pre-sales, customer, or delivery-focused role
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Passion for building business relationships and simplifying complex concepts into compelling customer proposals
- Track record of success using Human Centred Design techniques to explore customer current reality and set future vision
- Expertise designing, implementing, and managing advanced architectures in application domains and integrating multiple systems or platforms
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture or Application Architecture pre-sales in a software vendor or professional services environment
- Familiarity with common Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, BIAN, TMForum, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms (SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, automation)
- Experience and understanding of multiple technical domains: application, data, DevOps, AI/ML, integration, big data, mobility, analytics
- Experience presenting architecture concepts, designs, and goals to technology leaders and partners
- Fluency in Korean and English with ability to engage at executive level in both languages
- Familiarity with the Korean enterprise IT ecosystem, including major local system integrators, cloud providers, and regulatory considerations relevant to enterprise platform adoption
