Zscaler is seeking a Principal Analytics Business Partner to join the Customer Success Organization. This hybrid role reports to the Director of Business Intelligence and serves as a strategic analytics partner to Customer Success leadership. You will lead strategic business partnerships with Customer Success leaders, building trusted relationships to understand priorities and proactively shape analytics initiatives that deliver measurable business value. You'll drive analytical strategy and prioritization by defining problem statements, establishing success criteria, and balancing immediate needs with long-term scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include translating data into actionable business decisions that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should be considered. You'll lead cross-functional execution by partnering with Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure analytical solutions are aligned, scalable, and successfully adopted. You'll also advance analytical maturity by continuously improving KPI definitions, methodologies, and business frameworks while identifying opportunities to leverage automation and emerging AI capabilities. The ideal candidate is data-driven, thriving in ambiguity and building solutions in dynamic environments.
