This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, systems thinking, and program management, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Billing, Finance, and GTM teams.
You will lead the operational execution of pricing and packaging decisions from approval through implementation and launch. Key responsibilities include:

- Experience partnering closely with billing systems, product, engineering, finance, and go-to-market teams
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and timelines simultaneously
- Clear communication skills with both business and technical audiences; ability to drive accountability without creating unnecessary process
- Deep commitment to operational precision, customer clarity, and building systems that scale as pricing complexity grows
- Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
