BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company transforming prenatal and cancer diagnostics. This Account Executive role is a field sales position based in Oklahoma City, selling UNITY Fetal Risk Screen—a single-gene NIPT supported carrier and aneuploidy screening product—to OBGYNs, maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialists, genetic counselors, and hospital systems across your territory.
You will be the primary clinical and commercial liaison between BillionToOne and healthcare providers, directly influencing how the test is communicated to physicians and patients. Your responsibilities include prospecting and developing relationships with key opinion leaders, managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through closing, identifying growth opportunities within OBGYN clinics, MFM practices, and Federally Qualified Health Centers, and creating strategic business plans to drive utilization in your geography. You'll attend industry conferences, tradeshows, and networking events to build market presence.
The role reports to a Regional Manager - Prenatal and requires a minimum of three years of outside field sales experience in healthcare, calling directly on providers in your territory. You must demonstrate a proven sales track record, strong presentation and listening skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a startup environment with urgency and focus on closing business. Knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy, and ethics is essential, as is the ability to handle sensitive physician and patient information with discretion.
Nice-to-have qualifications include startup experience, women's health background, clinical laboratory experience, or a convertible book of business.
