BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company transforming prenatal and cancer diagnostics. The Prenatal Account Executive will drive market adoption of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen, a single-gene NIPT with carrier and aneuploidy screening capabilities, across OB/GYN clinics, maternal-fetal medicine practices, and genetic counseling centers in the Queens territory.
Key responsibilities include direct field sales to obstetricians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and genetic counselors; identifying and developing relationships with key opinion leaders; prospecting and cultivating new business opportunities; managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through closing; creating and executing territory-specific business plans to drive utilization; attending industry conferences and networking events; and serving as a clinical information bridge between external clients and internal teams.
The role requires a minimum of three years of outside field sales experience in healthcare, calling directly on medical providers. Ideal candidates demonstrate a strong sales track record, excellent communication and presentation skills, effective time management, strategic thinking paired with tactical execution, and the ability to work independently in a startup environment. Knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy, and medical ethics is essential. Nice-to-haves include startup experience, women's health background, clinical laboratory experience, and an existing book of business.
