BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company (Nasdaq) focused on transforming prenatal and cancer diagnostics through precision medicine. This Prenatal Account Executive role is a field sales position covering Northern Wisconsin, reporting to a Regional Manager.
You will drive adoption of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen—the first and only single-gene NIPT supported carrier and aneuploidy screen—by building relationships with OBGYNs, maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialists, genetic counselors, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers across your territory.
Key responsibilities include prospecting and closing new business with healthcare providers, developing strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through closing, creating and executing a regional business plan to drive utilization, and attending industry conferences and networking events. You will serve as a clinical information bridge between external clients and internal teams, with significant influence over how the test is communicated to physicians and patients.
Required qualifications: minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in healthcare, calling directly on providers in a defined territory. You must demonstrate a proven sales track record, strong presentation and listening skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a startup environment. HIPAA knowledge, discretion with patient/physician information, and alignment with BillionToOne's mission are essential.
Nice-to-haves include startup experience, women's health background, clinical laboratory experience, or an existing book of business you can bring.
