Wintermute is one of the largest algorithmic trading companies in digital assets, providing liquidity across major cryptocurrency exchanges, OTC trading solutions, and supporting blockchain projects and traditional financial institutions entering crypto. The company is a prominent player in digital asset markets, partnering with major industry players and actively investing in blockchain ecosystem development.
In this role, you will monitor and trade prediction markets in real time across platforms including Kalshi, Polymarket, and other venues. You'll implement trading strategies across diverse categories including sports, upDown markets, elections, and weather prediction markets. This is a greenfield project within Wintermute, giving you significant freedom to build and shape the system architecture and approach.
You will be hands-on across the entire stack, improving systems and processes as needed. The role requires wearing multiple hats and providing coverage during key events—such as major sports games with heightened market activity—which may include evenings and weekends. You'll work directly with real-time market data and develop strategies that capitalize on prediction market inefficiencies and opportunities.
