Mirantis is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to support enterprise customers across French-speaking Europe in designing and deploying AI infrastructure using the Mirantis k0rdent platform. You will work at the intersection of sales, technical architecture, and customer success, serving as a trusted technical advisor to CTOs, platform engineering teams, and AI leaders.
Key responsibilities include leading technical discovery sessions to understand customer infrastructure and AI needs; designing scalable Kubernetes-based AI infrastructure architectures; translating business requirements into technical solutions; delivering technical presentations, demos, and workshops at conferences and customer events; leading proof-of-concept engagements to validate solution fit; and collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
You will architect solutions spanning cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, container orchestration, multi-cluster management), AI/MLOps platforms (deployment pipelines, model serving, Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray, GPU workloads), platform engineering (GitOps, infrastructure automation), hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps/observability (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring).
This role requires strong consultative skills, the ability to explain complex systems clearly, hands-on technical curiosity, and a passion for open-source infrastructure technologies. You will represent Mirantis as a thought leader in the AI infrastructure space, create technical content and reference architectures, and help build reusable solutions that accelerate customer adoption.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in France or other French-speaking European countries
- Experience supporting enterprise sales for cloud-native or infrastructure platforms
- Hands-on experience designing or operating Kubernetes-based systems
- Strong expertise in several of: Kubernetes, container orchestration, multi-cluster management, Helm, Operators, CRDs, AI/ML deployment pipelines, model serving, Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray, GPU-accelerated workloads, GitOps, infrastructure automation, AWS/Azure/GCP, hybrid cloud, on-prem infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring and observability
- Nice to have: CNCF ecosystem experience, AI infrastructure or MLOps platform experience, Kubernetes or cloud certifications, open-source community participation
