Thunes is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team in London. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales, product, and onboarding teams, ensuring merchant and pay-in partners receive tailored solutions leveraging Thunes' innovative payment products.
You will work closely with the sales team throughout the pre-sales and technical pre-sales cycle, understanding merchant and partner needs and proposing suitable solutions using Thunes' product suite. Key responsibilities include gathering partner requirements, validating use cases, confirming project scope, and handing off to the inbound onboarding team. You will also perform market research to stay knowledgeable about the fintech industry and competitive landscape, and become an expert on Thunes' different products.
