Monday.com is building an AI work platform that helps manage, orchestrate, and execute work across 250,000+ customers globally. The platform integrates work management, CRM, service, and dev tools on a unified AI layer that automates tasks and runs workflows.
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be a critical strategic member of the growing sales team, responsible for helping potential and existing customers understand and maximize the value of the monday.com platform. You'll establish team methodologies, streamline sales processes, and work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of the platform's technical capabilities and architecture
- Participate in product demos and proofs-of-concept for prospects and customers
- Collaborate with sales managers to craft compelling pitches and value-add solutions tailored to customer needs
- Handle security concerns and provide high-quality RFP responses as part of enterprise selling and strategic sales cycles
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear explanations for both technical and business stakeholders
- Map business processes and translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Support customers through technical questions, security requirements, and due diligence requests

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS
- Experience with software in CRM, ITSM, whiteboarding, or software development (significant advantage)
- Deep technical curiosity and strong understanding of how IT systems work in business contexts
- Strong interest in AI and ability to keep pace with rapidly evolving AI landscape and its business impact
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; ability to build credibility with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong business process mapping skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience responding to technical questions, security requirements, and due diligence requests
