As a Portfolio Analytics Architect, you will lead end-to-end data validation processes for client data conversion projects. This role combines technical depth with client-facing project leadership, requiring strong financial data expertise and exceptional communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead data validation processes end-to-end with clients and internal project teams
- Develop scalable data analytics processes using Databricks
- Write custom Python logic to detect large-scale data anomalies and automate remediation
- Facilitate recurring client sessions to track progress and ensure project completion
- Support clients in researching and identifying portfolio data performance discrepancies
- Review and document system calculation methodology differences
- Coordinate across project teams with regular status updates and clear expectation-setting
- Escalate key impediments to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects with effective prioritization
- Identify and implement AI-driven automation and LLM integrations
You bring a B.S. in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or Economics with 2+ years in Technology, Finance, or Consulting. You have hands-on experience with complex investment datasets (multi-asset class portfolios, performance data, market data), proficiency in Python, Spark, and/or SQL with ETL fundamentals, working knowledge of REST APIs, and experience with Databricks or cloud-based distributed data platforms. You are solution-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player with proven ability to research, design, and implement solutions for complex problems.
