Pico is a global financial services infrastructure company headquartered in New York, with offices across major financial hubs (Chicago, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo). The company provides market data services and managed infrastructure solutions to the capital markets community.
You will own the product vision and roadmap for the Pico Portal, evolving it from a client interface into a comprehensive self-service, workflow automation, and intelligence platform for Market Services clients. This is a strategic role that bridges product, engineering, operations, sales engineering, and client success teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the Portal product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics
- Drive workflow automation, self-service ordering, delivery visibility, and client adoption
- Translate business and client needs into clear requirements, user stories, and release plans
- Partner with Delivery, Engineering, Operations, and Sales Engineering to deliver scalable platform capabilities
- Use data, client feedback, and operational metrics to prioritize investments
- Support future opportunities around APIs, analytics, data storefronts, AI-enabled workflows, and digital commercialization
- Drive adoption through enablement, communication, and stakeholder engagement
Ideal background:
- Product management experience with B2B platforms, workflow products, client portals, SaaS, digital commerce, or service delivery systems
- Strong discipline in roadmap, backlog, and requirements management
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into scalable product capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management across business, technical, operational, and client-facing teams
- Commercial awareness connecting product priorities to efficiency, adoption, revenue, and client value
- Practical AI fluency with disciplined tool use and data protection awareness
Success metrics include increased Portal adoption, more client workflows managed through the platform, reduced manual coordination, improved delivery visibility, and clear roadmap execution tied to scalable growth.
