Pico is a global financial market data and infrastructure company headquartered in New York, serving the capital markets community. They are seeking a Portal Product Manager to lead the evolution of their client digital platform from a basic interface into a comprehensive self-service, workflow automation, and intelligence platform for Market Services clients.
In this strategic role, you will own the complete product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics for the Pico Portal. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales Engineering, Client Success, and commercial teams to translate client and business needs into executable requirements, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: owning the Portal product strategy and roadmap; driving workflow automation, self-service ordering, and delivery visibility; translating business requirements into clear user stories and release plans; partnering with Delivery, Engineering, and Operations to build scalable platform capabilities; using data and client feedback to prioritize investments; supporting future opportunities around APIs, analytics, data storefronts, and AI-enabled workflows; and driving adoption through enablement and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate brings product management experience with B2B platforms, workflow products, client portals, SaaS, digital commerce, or service delivery systems. You should demonstrate strong roadmap and backlog discipline, the ability to simplify complex workflows into scalable capabilities, excellent stakeholder management across business and technical teams, commercial awareness connecting product priorities to efficiency and revenue, and practical AI fluency.
Success will be measured by increased Portal adoption and client engagement, more workflows managed through the platform, reduced manual coordination and rework, improved delivery visibility and operating efficiency, and clear roadmap execution tied to scalable growth and future monetization.
This is a hybrid role with weekly office time and flexibility to work from home. Travel may be required occasionally but is not expected to be frequent.
