The PMO Manager will build and lead the program management function for Lumana's global team, serving as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone with proven experience running a PMO or technical program management function in a fast-moving, high-tech company.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end program governance across all active initiatives, planning and tracking deliverables, and ensuring roadmap commitments ship on time. You'll manage cross-team dependencies between Engineering and Product, own the full customer onboarding process from deal signature through go-live, and build dashboards and status reporting that leadership uses for decision-making. The role requires identifying risks and blockers early and driving them to resolution, facilitating the cross-functional rhythm between the Israel R&D team and US-based Product/GTM teams across time zones, and managing the PMO's tools and processes (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent) as the team scales.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of program/project management experience in high-tech companies (software, SaaS, or hardware-software products), experience at a Series A/B startup or small, fast-moving team, fluency in English and Hebrew with comfort running syncs across US and Israel time zones, deep hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and PM tooling, a track record of owning cross-functional programs end-to-end, and strong communication skills. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in video, security, IoT, or AI/computer vision products, PMP certification, and a background as an engineer, QA, or product person.
The role is hybrid based in Caesarea or Ramat Gan, Israel, with up to two work-from-home days per week. Candidates based in Ramat Gan will be expected to travel to Caesarea once per week, with a public transportation allowance provided.
