As Production Planner, you will report to the Director of Manufacturing Operations and play a key role in ensuring efficient production planning and supply chain management to maintain operational fluidity and meet customer commitments. You will collaborate across internal teams and oversee purchasing activities while optimizing processes continuously. Key responsibilities include: - Planning demand and aligning sales, purchasing, and production through the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process - Scheduling production while respecting priorities, capacity constraints, and customer lead times - Managing supply chain and supplier relationships to maintain optimal inventory levels - Maintaining critical data in the ERP system (BOM, routings) and serving as the planning reference point - Tracking performance metrics (OTD, lead times, etc.) and proposing continuous improvements - Responding quickly to unexpected issues and ensuring smooth communication across internal teams Robotiq offers a collaborative, transparent culture with flexible work schedules, individual development plans, a new state-of-the-art work environment, employee ownership through a worker cooperative, on-site gym, barista café, and recreational activities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or operations management - Minimum 4 years of manufacturing planning experience (in just-in-time context) - Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and tools such as Excel and Google Suite - Bilingual in French and English - Analytical mindset with strong synthesis capabilities - Rigor, organizational skills, and performance orientation - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Holistic understanding of operations and ability to grasp cross-functional challenges - Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and ability to remove blockers - Influence leadership and ability to mobilize without direct authority - Adaptability and comfort in a changing environment
