Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. The company handles payment authorization, risk flagging, spend categorization, and financial close processes. You will own performance marketing across YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit, with responsibility for identifying and launching new incremental acquisition channels. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll take early-stage experiments and develop them into measurable, repeatable programs that become part of Ramp's evergreen marketing mix. Key responsibilities include: - Owning performance on assigned channels; understanding conversion events, value signals, and lookalike audiences at a technical level to improve efficiency over time - Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing new performance marketing channels and acquisition opportunities - Building the path from experiment to evergreen program: proving incremental SQLs and pipeline impact, hitting LTV-to-CAC efficiency targets, and documenting repeatable operating playbooks - Managing channel maturity decisions—determining when programs stay with you versus transition to dedicated owners - Analyzing full-funnel performance and translating incomplete or noisy data into clear decisions on what to scale, improve, pause, or stop - Partnering with Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to improve tracking, attribution, reporting, and ad concepts - Building AI agents, workflows, and tools to help the team test more ideas and operationalize channels faster You'll work cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, Data, Finance, and other partners to move quickly while maintaining high standards for measurement and efficiency. AI is a practical part of the job—you'll use it to speed up research, campaign creation, performance analysis, and day-to-day operations. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years in performance/quantitative marketing, growth, or comparable decision-science role where you've owned numbers and shaped meaningful outcomes - Strong analytical judgment: ability to define success metrics, diagnose and isolate performance issues, and make decisions with imperfect information - Experience designing experiments and translating results into clear calls on what to fund, scale, or kill - Demonstrated ability to build AI workflows, automations, or agents to improve marketing execution, with good judgment about where AI accelerates work versus where human review is necessary - Ability to move projects from ambiguity to clear outcomes with limited direction; detail-oriented in campaign setup, tracking, and measurement NICE-TO-HAVES: - B2B marketing experience - Experience scaling an experimental channel into a full program - Familiarity with attribution, incrementality testing, randomized controlled tests (RCTs), MMM, and marketing measurement
