Leland is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You'll drive customer acquisition for Leland's consumer business (helping people get into school, land jobs, and build AI skills) while building out the early-stage B2B paid motion for the AI Builder Program and university partnerships.
In this role, you'll manage paid channels day-to-day, including budgets, bidding, targeting, creative rotation, and reporting. You'll own CAC and payback targets, run structured tests across audiences, offers, landing pages, and creative, and partner with channel and business unit owners to ensure paid supports the full buyer journey. You'll develop the B2B paid strategy starting with Google and LinkedIn, partner with sales and marketing on ICP and target account lists, and build reporting that ties spend to pipeline and closed revenue.
A key part of this role is making the channel AI-native: you'll use Claude and other tools to automate repetitive work like pulling reports, catching anomalies, drafting ad variations, and building audiences. You'll leverage platform automation while knowing when to take manual control, build systems and documentation so insights disseminate across the marketing team, and work closely with the creative team to maintain a healthy pipeline of ad creative.
Leland connects people with experts, programs, and communities to help them achieve ambitious goals in an AI-driven world.
