Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 / annual

Campus is building the marketing function to help students discover, choose, and enroll in educational programs. This Performance Marketing Associate role focuses on paid digital acquisition, managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Performance & Lifecycle Marketing. You will own hands-on campaign management and optimization work, pulling performance reports, building and testing campaigns, and coordinating across creative and lifecycle teams. The role emphasizes using AI tools effectively while maintaining quality standards, with a fast-paced environment and real impact on enrollment outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Managing and optimizing paid social and paid search campaigns for select programs - Pulling and interpreting campaign performance data to surface actionable insights - Partnering with creative and lifecycle teams on testing, targeting, and budget pacing - Supporting enrollment and application goals through cross-functional coordination - Contributing to conversion rate optimization by identifying funnel opportunities - Supporting go-to-market media plans for new programs The work is collaborative, requiring coordination with lifecycle and social teams to drive enrollment goals. You'll translate campaign learnings into creative recommendations and maintain clear communication of data-driven insights to stakeholders. Workplace: Hybrid schedule (Monday and Friday remote; Tuesday–Thursday in-office at Tribeca, NY location). REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns (direct platform management, not just reporting or strategic oversight) - Strong working knowledge of GA4, including report creation and data interpretation - Strong working knowledge of conversion tracking implementation and optimization - Experience translating paid social learnings into ad creative ideas for brand/creative teams - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously - Comfortable working with data and translating numbers into clear recommendations STRONG PLUS: - Experience in consumer-facing, enrollment-driven, or SaaS environments - Familiarity with lifecycle/CRM marketing coordination - Hands-on experience setting up conversion tracking
