You will serve as a strategic People Partner (HRBP) for Clara's Engineering and Data teams, acting as a bridge between business objectives and people success. This is a hands-on role combining strategic organizational development with tactical talent operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner strategically with Engineering and Data leadership to identify talent needs and develop integrated attraction and retention strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for these business units, from role definition through offer stage, ensuring excellent candidate experience
- Provide consultative support to managers and team leaders on people management best practices, performance metrics, and feedback
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract local talent aligned with Clara's culture and pace
- Manage HR analytics and KPIs using BambooHR and other tools to drive data-informed strategic decisions
- Lead organizational development initiatives focused on employee experience and inclusive culture
- Stay current with regional market trends to innovate talent attraction and people operations
You bring 8+ years of experience as a People Partner, HRBP, or Talent Acquisition professional supporting Engineering and Data functions. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments (startups, scale-ups, or high-growth tech). You hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. You have proven success managing full recruitment cycles for technical roles and strong analytical ability to interpret HR metrics and drive organizational health. Advanced knowledge of local labor law and market dynamics is essential.
