You will serve as a strategic People Partner, acting as a bridge between business objectives and people success across the Global Product, Design, and local Sales teams. This is a hands-on strategic role combining organizational development with talent attraction and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a strategic consultant to leadership, identifying talent needs and developing integrated attraction and retention solutions
- Managing the full recruitment and selection process for assigned business units, from role definition through final offer, ensuring excellent candidate experience
- Providing consultative HR support to managers and team leaders, promoting best practices in people management, performance metrics, and feedback
- Developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract local talent aligned with Clara's culture and pace
- Managing HR performance indicators and people analytics via BambooHR and other tools to support data-driven decisions
- Participating in organizational development initiatives to improve employee experience and foster inclusion
- Staying current with Colombian and LatAm market trends to implement innovations in talent attraction and people operations

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience in People Partner, HRBP, or Talent Acquisition roles, supporting Sales and Product teams
- Proven experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments (startups, scale-ups, or high-growth tech)
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience managing full recruitment cycles and talent hunting for Engineering and Data roles
- Strong analytical ability to interpret HR metrics and KPIs to drive organizational health
- Advanced knowledge of Greenhouse or similar ATS to optimize hiring workflows
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with consultative mindset
- Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows
- Adaptability to change and proven role-specific execution
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-haves: Experience in employer branding and brand strategies; analytical skills with spreadsheets, SQL, or Python; sense of humor.
