Robinhood is seeking a People Partner to serve as the first dedicated HR partner in the UK, supporting senior leaders and teams across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa. This is a strategic role within Robinhood's People team, which partners closely with business leaders globally to build frameworks, programs, and partnerships that enable the company to operate at scale. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, navigating complex decisions spanning talent acquisition and development, performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and organizational change. You will serve as a consultant and project leader across People Centers of Excellence (COEs), bringing together the right expertise and driving solutions that scale with the business. Key responsibilities include: - Advising senior leaders across Europe, Asia, and MENA on talent, performance, organizational structure, and change initiatives - Leading organizational design and transformation work to help leaders make thoughtful decisions around structure, roles, capabilities, and operating models - Guiding teams through periods of growth and change with clarity and structure - Identifying gaps between international business needs and existing People programs, building repeatable frameworks by adapting and creating new solutions - Navigating complex international People matters with sound judgment, escalating to employment, legal, or regulatory experts as needed - Project managing people initiatives in partnership with Employee Relations, Legal, Total Rewards, People Operations, and HRIS teams - Supporting M&A activity as Robinhood expands internationally - Using people data to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and influence business decisions The role is based in the London office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Requirements: - 10+ years of HR experience, including significant time as an HRBP, People Partner, or equivalent supporting senior leaders - Demonstrated experience supporting multinational client groups across multiple countries or regions - Exposure to country-specific employment nuances across the UK, Singapore, UAE, and EU, with judgment to engage local experts or escalate when needed - Credibility and confidence as a strategic advisor to senior executives, able to challenge, influence, and coach leaders effectively - Business judgment connecting talent and organizational decisions directly to business outcomes - Project management experience bringing partners together from ambiguity through implementation - Analytical skills to combine data, business context, and judgment to diagnose problems and develop recommendations - Ability to move quickly from problem identification to implementation and thrive in an environment where the playbook is still being built
