Nudge is developing non-invasive, ultrasound-based brain stimulation and imaging technology designed to improve people's lives. The company is building a vertically integrated effort combining cutting-edge hardware, software, and research capabilities.
As a People Operations Specialist, you will own People operations across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding. Your responsibilities include managing payroll and benefits administration, supporting HR systems, and resolving employee questions and requests with clarity and timeliness. You will coordinate with external partners on employment compliance and immigration matters, and build or improve People processes that support the growing team without introducing unnecessary complexity.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. You will need excellent communication abilities and genuine employee service instincts. The ideal candidate is self-directed, adaptable to shifting priorities, and brings high integrity and professional judgment to sensitive HR matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant People operations experience
- Demonstrated experience independently managing People operations, including payroll, benefits, and onboarding
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
- Clear, concise communication and excellent employee service instincts
- Hands-on, self-directed approach with adaptability to changing priorities
- High integrity, discretion, and strong professional judgment
